You do not need to know the perfect route in advance, compare dozens of options, or keep every detail in your head. Tell us where you want to go, who is traveling, your dates, and what matters to you. We will figure out how to organize it, offer clear options, and handle the rest.
Discuss your trip
We compare like with like: the same dates, room or fare category, inclusions, cancellation terms and payment conditions. The comparison includes The Key’s service fee. If an option is cheaper because the conditions are different or something important is missing, we will make that clear.
That is completely fine. Send us what is already confirmed, including the dates and change or cancellation terms. We can arrange only the missing parts or take over coordination from that point.
Tell us what feels wrong, even if it is difficult to explain. You should not have to choose the least unsuitable option. We will refine the search based on your feedback. If the dates, budget and requirements cannot all work together, we will explain the trade-off and suggest what can be changed.
No. Before we proceed, you will see the selected option, the total cost, the important terms and any non-refundable parts. Depending on the supplier, you may pay them directly or make the payment through The Key. We act after your confirmation.
Write to your personal handler. We will contact the airline, hotel or supplier, check the available options and update the connected parts of the trip where necessary. Supplier rules, cancellation penalties and fare differences may still apply. We will show you any additional cost before making a change.
Availability can only be guaranteed after the supplier confirms the booking. This matters especially for limited rooms, popular dates, private events, restaurants and special-access requests. We will verify what is genuinely available and, if the exact option is not possible, suggest the closest worthwhile alternatives.
There is no single deadline. Earlier is better for ski holidays, villas, peak-season travel, major events and trips involving several people or destinations. Last-minute requests are still worth sending. We will first tell you what is realistic before you commit to anything.
No. The Key does not arrange visas or travel insurance. We can plan the trip around entry requirements that you have already confirmed, but the traveller remains responsible for the required visas, permits and insurance.
No. The Key is useful whenever your time, confidence and coordination matter. It may be a short city break, a family holiday, a ski week, a complex route or a request that requires the right local connections. We look for the right fit, not simply the most expensive option.
Tell us before we book. Points, status recognition and hotel benefits depend on the supplier, fare and booking channel. We will check what applies and explain any trade-offs before you choose.
